Kid Care Pediatric Urgent Care is the area's FIRST and ONLY locally owned and operated walk-in clinic designated specifically for patients birth to 21 years of age.
Emergency room visits can be frightening to a child and the long wait times and expensive bills and co-pays that come along with the visit can be unnecessary added stress to parents. Here at Kid Care Pediatric Urgent Care, we offer shorter wait times and accept insurance plans. We also have a cost effective cash option for those without insurance or out of network. We use a kid-friendly medical approach proven to help kids relax, making treatment faster and easier for everyone involved.
OUR SERVICES
Sports/School Physical
We provide full head-to-toe exams to ensure your child is healthy for physical activity.
Illness
We preform an array of in-house testing to help properly diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses.
Injuries
We are able to assess and treat minor-moderate injuries, lacerations (sutures/staples), wounds and burns.
We do not have X-ray on-site, but we are able to send for out-patient Imaging at a local imaging center & follow through with care.

SUMMER, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner and the Founder of Kid Care Pediatric Urgent Care. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, she is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for children and their families. With experience in both functional and conventional medicine, rest assured that your family has options. As both a healthcare provider and mom if two, including a medically complex child with special needs, Summer brings a unique level of empathy, understanding and advocacy to every patient encounter. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, boating and amusement parks.
SARA- MSN, ARPN, FNP-BC
Is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with over
14 years experience in healthcare and pediatrics. She loves
caring for children and families, creating a welcoming
environment where patients feel comfortable, supported and truly
cared for. With a whole-child approach to healthcare, Sara focuses on compassionate, personalized care while partnering with families to help their children thrive. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys traveling, exploring new places, trying new foods, all things Disney and making fun memories with her family.
RHONDA- Practice Manager
Has a Major in Business Administration with a Minor in Accounting. She has been in business management for 30 years. She is retired from the City of Myrtle Beach and took on her role as Practice Manager of the Myrtle Beach location. She has one daughter. She loves fishing, shopping, cruises and Amusement parks.
PATTI- Clinical/Practice Manager
Has been a phlebotomist for 14 years and a Medical Assistant for 18 years. She has also worked in Business Administration for medical practices of many sorts. She works as our Clinical & Practice Manager of the Conway location. She has one daughter & enjoys boating, fishing and taking cruises.
ALLIE- Certified Medical Assistant
One of our dedicated medical assistants and a valued member of our team since the very beginning. with a compassionate heart, endless patience and a genuine love for children, she is committed to helping every family feel comfortable and supported during their visit. Her friendly personality and dedication to exceptional patient care make her an important part of our practice. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, learning natural remedies, kayaking, spending quality time with her children and creating lasting memories.
Mackenzie- Medical Assistant
Dedicated Medical Assistant committed to providing high-quality patient care for the pediatric population. Outside of work she enjoys coffee, all things ocean related and anything in her favorite color, Blue.
SHARAYA "Raya"- Patient Coordinator
Mom, Crafter, Foodie and caregiver at heart.
She is passionate about helping others and creating
meaningful connections. Whether caring for patients,
crocheting something cozy, cooking a new recipe, or
focusing on mental wellness and personal growth,
Raya believes life is best lived with compassion, balance,
and a little creativity. "Being apart of the Kid Care family
from the very beginning has been such a blessing and I'm
thankful every day to work alongside coworkers who truly feel like family.
CRYSTAL- Patient Coordinator
Dedicated Front Desk Patient Coordinator
with over 20 years experience in Medical Office
Administration. Providing exceptional patient
service, managing front office operations, scheduling
appointments, verifying insurance, and ensuring
an efficient and welcoming experience for patients
and families. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children outdoors and going on adventures.
KELSEY-Patient Coordinator/ Medical Assistant
Duel trained Patient Coordinator and Medical Assistant.
Kelsey loves working with children and enjoys creating a
positive, caring environment where they can feel comfortable
and cared for. "Making a positive difference for the children and
families we have the privilege of caring for is the most
rewarding part of my job." When not at work, you can find Kelsey
on the water, at a country concert or at a restaurant that serves
tacos!
