We are currently experiencing contractual issues with BCBS commercial insurance as well as their Medicaid plan, Healthy Blue. Please continue to check back frequently to check the status. We are however offering an all-inclusive discounted self-pay rate for these plans.
We are in-network with: Aetna, Ambetter, Cigna, First Health, PAI, Tricare Humana, United Health Care, Health Connections Medicaid, Absolute total care Medicaid, Molina Medicaid, Select Health/First Choice Medicaid.

ABOUT US
Kid Care Pediatric Urgent Care is the area's FIRST locally owned and operated walk-in clinic designated specifically for patients birth to 21 years of age.
Emergency room visits can be frightening to a child and the long wait times and expensive bills and co-pays that come along with the visit can be unnecessary added stress to parents. Here at Kid Care Pediatric Urgent Care, we offer shorter wait times and accept insurance plans. We also have a cost effective cash option for those without insurance or out of network. We use a kid-friendly medical approach proven to help kids relax, making treatment faster and easier for everyone involved.
OUR SERVICES
Sports/School Physical
We provide full head-to-toe exams to ensure your child is healthy for physical activity.
Illness
We preform an array of in-house testing to help properly diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses.
Injuries
We are able to assess and treat minor-moderate injuries, lacerations (sutures/staples), wounds and burns.
We do not have X-ray on-site, but we are able to send for out-patient Imaging at a local imaging center & follow through with care.

RHONDA
Has a Major in Business Administration with a Minor in Accounting. She has been in business management for 30 years. She recently retired from the City of Myrtle Beach and took on her role as Practice Manager at Kid Care Pediatric Urgent Care. She has one child. She loves fishing, shopping, cruises and Amusement parks.
SUMMER, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Is our Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner and Practice owner. She has been working in health care for 14 years. Her passion is children and her family. She is a mom to 2 children, one being special needs. She enjoys boating, shopping and traveling.
PATTI
Has been a phlebotomist for 14 years and a Medical Assistant for 18 years. She has also worked in Business Administration for medical practices. She is our Clinical Manager and head MA. She has one child. She enjoys boating, fishing and taking cruises.
